Sun Meadows sits in the middle of Kirkwood Village, a short walk from the chairlifts. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo (770 sq ft) sleeps 4 and works as a base for a ski trip or a quiet week in the mountains.
🏠 THE SPACE
The bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom with a tub, and a separate entrance with a digital lock. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a wood burning fireplace and a second full bathroom with a tub, next to an open living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. You get one parking spot in the underground garage, right by the elevator, and a ski tuning room in the building. In winter, chairs 5 and 6 are minutes away. In summer, the meadow outside has trails for hiking, biking and cross country.

About 35 miles from South Lake Tahoe and about 80 miles from Reno Tahoe International Airport
Firewood is not provided, so bring your own for the fireplace.
Shops in Kirkwood are few and pricey. Stock up on groceries and supplies in South Lake Tahoe on the way in.
Carry chains in snow season and check road conditions before you drive up.
SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
Pets: one large pet or two small pets (service animals and ESAs are not counted). A pet fee applies per pet, per stay. Please keep pets off the furniture and don't leave them alone or crated in the condo. Tell us about your pet when you book.
No live TV, streaming apps only (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, Amazon Video)

No parties or events, and no guests beyond those on the booking. People live in the building full time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund minus 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
To cancel, contact us using the details in your booking confirmation, or manage your reservation through the original booking channel. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
