This 1,511 sq ft home is spread over several levels, with space to be together and space to get away.
Main Living Area (Upstairs Living): Step into an airy, sun-drenched living and dining combination. Admire the stunning open-beam vaulted ceilings, warm knotty alder trim, and durable contemporary flooring. Cozy up by the beautiful stone fireplace after a long day on the slopes.
The loft: Climb the spiral staircase to a flexible 3rd floor loft. Use it as a quiet reading nook, a remote workspace or extra space to relax.
The kitchen and tech: An open, updated chef's kitchen, fully equipped, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Start your mornings with the Nespresso coffee maker (welcome pods included!). For TV, we have streaming apps only (Netflix, Hulu, Disney, YouTube TV, Amazon Video). There is no live TV.
The Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 2 beautifully styled bedrooms and 1.5 elegantly modernized bathrooms with upscale fixtures. Max occupancy is 4 guests.
Bedroom 1: Features 1 luxurious King Bed with high-quality linens.
Bedroom 2: Features 1 cozy Queen Bed perfect for a restful night's sleep.
Outdoor deck: Step out onto your large back deck overlooking the quiet forest. It's a great spot for an afternoon cookout on the propane BBQ we provide, for morning coffee or for stargazing at night.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: No pre-set early arrivals or late departures are permitted. Our cleaning team will automatically welcome you via SMS if the home happens to be ready before the standard check-in time.
Guest & Property Care
Respectful Guests Only: We warmly welcome guests who will treat our home and our neighbors with the utmost care and respect.
No Parties or Events: Strictly enforced. Please do not use glitter, confetti, or any other decorations that are difficult to clean up.
No pets allowed: We have a strict no pet policy for the comfort and safety of all guests. Thanks for your cooperation.
No Smoking: Both tobacco and cannabis are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Max Occupancy & Parking: Maximum of 4 guests and a maximum of 2 vehicles.
Safety & Compliance
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Noise Monitoring: To ensure compliance with South Lake Tahoe’s strict vacation rental ordinances, we utilize privacy-safe noise monitoring devices (these measure decibel levels only; no audio is recorded).
Security Cameras: For your safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are located at the front of the home and in the fenced backyard.
Spa Etiquette: The community spa is for quiet relaxation only. A liability waiver is required upon booking to receive access.

Elevated Layout: This is a beautiful, elevated 3-story home that requires the use of stairs. Please review the floor plan and photos prior to booking to ensure the layout comfortably meets your party's needs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund minus 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
To cancel, contact us using the details in your booking confirmation, or manage your reservation through the original booking channel. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Some properties, seasons, or booking channels may have different cancellation terms. When they apply, those terms are disclosed at booking and govern over the policy above.

This home is so beautifully appointed, yet so cozy and comfortable. Every window had a fabulous view, and the deck was so private and overlooked a forest . The owner had done so many thoughtful and helpful signs throughout so we did not have to spend any time trying to figure out how work things. The house was so convenient to everything. Heavenly was a couple of blocks away and a wonderful restaurant was walking distance also. All of these things made out stay memorable and certainly exceeded our expectations.
